Celebrate Valentine’s Day in the most creative way possible with Lara Scolari’s 2025 Creative Exchange, an annual event dedicated to supporting and collaborating with artists and creatives to present fresh, original works under a shared theme. This year’s exhibition, "Love is a Battlefield", is a vibrant fusion of art, music, and millinery inspired by the emotional complexities of love and relationships.

The evening will launch in conjunction with renowned Australian country music star Sara Storer's much-anticipated release of Pat Benatar’s iconic 1980s anthem, Love is a Battlefield. Based in Humpty Doo, Northern Territory, Sara will not only perform her soulful rendition of the song but also unveil a captivating series of storytelling artworks created exclusively for the exhibition.

Adding another layer of artistry to the night, acclaimed Milliner Felicity Brown from Broome, Western Australia, will showcase her bespoke millinery masterpieces. Known for representing Australia at New York Fashion Week, Felicity’s pieces reflect the dramatic and poetic themes of love through wearable art.

Balmain local, artist, and gallerist Lara Scolari will debut a fresh collection of subtle, love-inspired abstract works in soft pinks and peach hues, evoking the tender yet powerful essence of human connection.

The lineup also introduces Sarah Richmond, a mixed-media artist from Dubbo, New South Wales, whose playful and joyful layered works perfectly complement the exhibition’s exploration of love as both a battlefield and a celebration.
