Will you create a painting specifically for me?

Yes, I can. I will discuss your requirements with you and/or your interior designer/stylist.

I will meet with you on site (within the Sydney Metro Area) to discuss, view and photograph your space. Colour pallet, mood and size requirements will be considered to conceive the initial project.

Lara Scolari has documentation to enter into an artist/client Artwork Commission Agreement. Signing off on a creative brief and T&Cs along with a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to commence a privately commissioned artwork.

How does the AR experience work?

Augmented Reality (AR) uses your device to blend digital content into the real world. Unlike virtual reality (VR), you won’t need any headsets, goggles, or other extra equipment. Instead, all you need is your device’s camera and you can place a selected artwork on your chosen wall to get a feeling of how it might look.

A selection of available works among the site have a unique QR code that you can scan. On you computer, you will find the QR code below the product images. On your mobile device, click the blue View in AR button. Once scanned, select whether you want to use the Lara Scolari AR app OR view using your browser window, or simply click on the image of the artwork.

Stand at least 3 metres from your chosen wall and aim your camera at the wall. The art will be real-size, but you can pinch your fingers to adjust the sizing and move the positioning with your finger to place the artwork on your chosen wall, just the way you’d like.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I see your artwork in person?

You may view my artwork at my gallery in 48 Beattie Street Balmain NSW 2041 Australia during opening hours or by appointment. My works can also be viewed at galleries who represent me both here and overseas or at upcoming events.

Can I see if the original artwork suits my home?

Yes you can. For the Sydney Metropolitan area, I will deliver the selected original artwork free of charge for a “Sleepover” so you can determine if the painting is for you. After 48 hours, if you feel the painting is not suitable, I will arrange for the painting(s) to be picked up at no cost, obligation free!

What if my goods are damaged?

If your goods are damaged in transit, I will replace them in accordance with my Shipping and Returns Policy.

Do you accept international orders?

We do accept international orders, but we do not accept change of mind returns.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are only offered for goods that have been delivered faulty or damaged in accordance with my Shipping and Returns Policy. We do not accept requests for change of mind refunds.

Do I pay for shipping my purchased artwork?

A fee will be charged for all artworks shipped to you. Lara Scolari uses reputable art shipping carriers dependent on the size of the artwork purchased. Once an item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email or text of the tracking information.

Please be mindful that it is the buyer’s responsibility to track shipping and failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will be charged to re-ship the item to you.

All parcels delivered will require a signature on delivery. Please be mindful that if a request is made to leave your parcel unattended, you acknowledge that Lara Scolari and their representatives will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to the delivered goods.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please liaise with Lara Scolari to use a reliable artwork shipping provider. If the goods returned are deemed faulty after inspection, Lara Scolari will refund the shipping costs in accordance with the Shipping and Returns Policy.

For international orders will I pay additional taxes or duties?

Please check with your destination country to see if additional charges may apply once your purchased artwork arrives. Lara Scolari is not responsible for any additional handling or customs and duty costs on any international orders. We are required by law to disclose the value of the goods being sent and will not alter this value. All other shipping terms and conditions are contained in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Will my details be used for any other purpose?

All information provided to Lara Scolari in the course of a sale and /or conducting business is regarded as strictly confidential and is managed in accordance with Australian Law and Privacy Policies. When you make a purchase online you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your name, address, telephone numbers, email address and credit card details. This information is stored internally by Lara Scolari in secure information systems.

Lara Scolari will not sell, rent or disclose the information you provide to us unless required to do so by law. We may however provide certain necessary information to third party service providers or contractors who assist Lara Scolari in getting the goods to you.

By signing up to our mailing list you consent to Lara Scolari sending you emails relating to our products and events to the email address you provided.

This is only ever used for internal marketing purposes and we will not sell or rent your email address to any third parties.

Please note that at times of high traffic on our website our inventory levels may become incorrect.

Items held in your shipping cart cannot be reserved and may still be available to purchase by other customers.

A sale is not final until you have processed payment and received confirmation of your order from Lara Scolari.

On the very rare occasion that a double sale does occur, Lara Scolari reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that we are unable to fulfil.

All artworks and images on the Lara Scolari website cannot be re-produced in any way.
